British Paralympian Sophie Christiansen has lent her support to the Papworth Trust's campaign to improve train travel across the UK for disabled and elderly people.
The trust is asking people to fill out a survey to provide information on their experiences, which will then be passed on to train companies. Christiansen said 'The problem with the train service at the moment is its unreliability. You can never truly know whether you'll be met at the other end with a ramp. If we're going to be the leading country in the Paralympics, why can't we be the leading country in making the world an accessible place?'.
